I’m looking to get into hockey and i have a large chest, 50″, was wondering what size shoulder pads to get?
Sizing charts I’ve seen say senior large is 40-44 and x-large is 42+.
All the sizing charts I’ve seen only go to senior large, 40-44, and x-large is 42+. haven’t seen any sizing chart say anything about 2X +.
Try Easton, their XL goes up to 46/48 and this will work well for you.
As long as the shoulder pads have adjustable velcro straps going around, you should be fine. The front chest protection should be enough, and the straps will have enough room.
Just make sure the bicep/upper arm protection protects the bicep area and that the caps of the shoulder pads fit properly.
